An "English" perspective in the section "The effects of the treaty" ?

Good evening,

This article is of a fine quality (much better thant the French one). However, I regret the English perspective that it eventuelly adopts in the section "The effects of the treaty", exposing the "French" version (reduced to that of the 18th century intellectuals !) and immediately attacking it by the "English" version. The basic problem, to me, is the formulation. History is better thant controversy !
