Hello SleepySerotonin0203 and thanks for all your improvements to this article. However, despite the improvements, the article fails criterion 2b since there are too many unreferenced paragraphs. Examples are the paragraphs starting with "Agriculture accounts for the largest share of the labour force", "Kolkata is noted as one of the major centres for industries", "Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub is an under construction", and "FinTech Hub (formerly known as International Financial Hub) is a financial, commercial". According to criterion 2b, these and similar passages require inline citations "no later than the end of the paragraph". Additionally, WP:EARWIG detects copyvios with https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/india-to-get-first-national-security-semiconductor-fabrication-plant-as-part-of-collaboration-with-us/article68672914.ece and https://in.usembassy.gov/joint-fact-sheet-the-united-states-and-india-continue-to-expand-comprehensive-and-global-strategic-partnership/ for passages like "... The ambitious India-U.S. joint project was announced following talks between ..." and "The fab, which will be established with the objective of manufacturing infrared".

A few other observations

It is the India's sixth-largest economy remove "the" before "India's"
Growing number of tech parks makes New Town add "The" before "growing"
First 10 acres were identified add "The" before "first"
have their offices in fintech hub. use consistent case: "FinTech Hub"
West Bengal is at the forefronts of leather processing replace "forefronts" with "forefront"
fabrication plant that will produce chips for use in military hardware in both the countries as well as remove "the" before "countries"
