The original article in the 1911 Britannica contained much that was unnecessary--I utilized only a portion in the creation of the article. At the same time, I acknowledge and look forward to further additions (if only I had the time myself).--eleuthero 19:15, 25 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Saizai Thank you so much for breaking down the various categories! As you saw, I wanted to link to this article from Joan of Arc, but saw there was no explicit heading. You've not only divided it, but made it clear. I feel like a motivated reader can now get a sense of what an ecclesiastical ordinary judge is, and IMO this change, along with your addition of the link, strengthens the Joan of Arc article. @Wtfiv: You're welcome. I just noticed that the link was broken (it used the first word of the anchor), went to fix it, and figured it'd be better to add a subsection instead. Not that I know anything about ecclesiastical jurisprudence. 😆 Sai ¿? 12:32, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
