Sri Lanka C‑class Mid‑importance

This article tells little about the university, but had gone to great lengths about the etymology of Batticaloa, Trincomalee, and given a presentation very different to what is accepted in the academic community, and may, possibly inadevertantly, refelct a POV. I have tried to improve the etimology, given references to Vayupurana, websites etc. But the etymology is not all that needed here.

The other difficulty with this article is that it spends more on political history. These should be only brief; the article should carry the names of the current Deans, Professors, heads of depts, etc., and give contact informatiuon - e.g., websites, e-mail addresses. There is only one institution that is Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, in the Eastern University, Sri Lanka. But other are the facilities, inside the University. Further now there is no Nursing unit, it was there a long ago. Hence i am removing institutions, given falsely.--Santharooban (talk) 08:35, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please change the title of university as Eastern University, Sri Lanka instead of Eastern University of Sri Lanka. That is the correct formate--Santharooban (talk) 08:41, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
