- Be consistent with Eastern Air Lines versus Eastern Airlines (the latter is used in the description of the airplane)
- Link Douglas DC-7B in the description of the airplane
- The lead contains some details I'm not seeing in the body - the mentions of sand and the distance of 200 yards
- ". One of the plane's wings struck the ground" - not seeing where this is mentioned in the body
- "Emergency equipment responded, but rescuers were delayed by the thick fog and the soft terrain" - recommend "Emergency crews ...", to avoid anthropomorphizing the equipment
- ", the pilots descended to as low as 25 feet above the ground" - provide a conversion to meters here
- Image licensing is fine
- sources are all reliable and formatted well enough
Placing on hold; this one's in pretty good shape and shouldn't take too much work to bring up to GA status. Hog Farm Talk 00:15, 25 July 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the look. I've addressed the issues in this list as well. Let me know if you see anything else. RecycledPixels (talk) 04:03, 25 July 2021 (UTC)
