Somaliland Camel Corps

[edit]

The Eric Charles Twelves Wilson page mentions this regiment, but this page makes no mention of the Camel Corps. What gives? CapnZapp (talk) 14:47, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's not inconsistent. Wilson was commissioned into the East Surreys but spent periods on secondment to the King's African Rifles and the Somaliland Camel Corps. There is no formal link between the East Surreys and the Camel Corps so one would not expect the former to be mentioned in the article about the latter (or vice versa). One would however expect both to be mentioned in an article about Wilson (which they are). Stephen Kirrage talk - contribs 21:47, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 3 external links on East Surrey Regiment. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
