I erased the reference to the supposed similarities with eastern Europe because I don't think that the easternmost parts of Germany and Eastern Europe were really similar, and the "yeomen" class strictly speaking only existed in England -although similar rural classes could exist in other parts of Western Europe-. [edit]There were clear signs that the English was written by a non-native speaker. I tried to fix that.
The Wikipedia Style Manual demands that all non-English names, including names of Laws, Institutions, and Concepts be translated into English. It is unreasonable to expect someone whose native language is not English, and who is reading the English Wikipedia, to also be able to read German, or what lsnguage have you. They should be able to understand, or easily guess the meaning of, "Agricultural Production Cooperative", but it is unfair to them to ask them to follow a link in order to understand "Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft". Let the ideas flow with the least interruption. They can follow the link to find out what the German name was. Nick Beeson (talk) 22:23, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
