it's: German Dialects: Phonology and Morphology with selected Texts, 1961 (also reprinted with minor corrections 1979)
it has the chapters Introduction, Schwyzertütsch: Züritüütsch, Schwyzertütsch: Bärndütsch, Alsatian, Darmstadt, Upper Austrian, Luxemburgish, Westphalian: Mönsterlänsk Platt, North Saxon: Lower Elbe, so it's lacking East German (both East Low and East High German) [maybe it's lacking as communists were ruling in the East?]
