Family
[edit]Walt Eagle was my high school algebra teacher (and a good one!) in Bozeman. I know he and his family moved back to West every summer and helped run the store. So, don't know if you can source it, (my recollection is, of course, OR) but if you can, it may be worth noting that the family didn't just work there as kids, some continued to run the place into their adult years. - It does say the family still runs it. I knew H. Alan Eagle back in the day.PumpkinSky talk 18:23, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
- I'm thinking that a lot of the family members had outside jobs in the off-season and helped in the summer only, wonder who stayed there in the winter. A grandson was a prof at UM back in the 80s. Basically, it's also a high-achieving family, methinks, and that's also kind of interesting. I wonder how many went into teaching, and if so, how many were partly motivated by having the summers off to go back and help at the store! Montanabw(talk) 20:22, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
