ENB (disambiguation)

[edit]

Could this page be moved to ENB (disambiguation) and this then redirected to English National Ballet -- which is better known by its initials than full name -- with a hatnote of the latter pointing to ENB (disambiguation)? — Robert Greer (talk) 12:28, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

First it would need to be established that English National Ballet was the primary topic for "ENB". I have advertised this discussion at WikiProject Disambiguation. DH85868993 (talk) 01:28, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for doing so! — Robert Greer (talk) 12:17, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see any indications of a primary topic. Enbridge gets far more page views and most of the top results in a Google search for ENB. The letter sequence seems to have no clearly established widespread usage. olderwiser 12:58, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. There are a number of uses, each of which would be most familiar to a specialized community of interest. On that basis, I would oppose the requested move. bd2412 T 01:28, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ENB Series Graphics Modification

[edit]

In the disambiguation page, this is the current text for the ENB series entry:

"ENB Series, a PC gaming mod that can give better graphics for free in older and new games"

Not only is that a really specific compared to the other entries, it's a bit incorrect and seems more like advertising. I've tried to change it to "ENB Series, a graphics modification for PC games" but it keeps reverting for some reason. Could someone clean this up? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.229.66.57 (talk) 17:04, 28 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
