Too long

I think this article is too long - it doesn't need to cover every recommendation - much better would be secondary and tertiary source insights into the impact of this meeting/ set of recommendations. I'm also concerned there might be close paraphrasing of UN copyright materials but I haven't checked this in detail.--Obi-Wan Kenobi (talk) 02:29, 26 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
