    "This episode was the second episode of the series directed by series creator Charles McDougall. McDougall had previously directed the second season episode "Christmas Party"." Needs a references and isn't Greg Daniels the creator? I don't see a reference for the air date. The reference for Paul Lieberstein says that he plays Toby, if he wrote the episode, that needs a reference as well.
