Need a reliable source for his WW2 service
[edit]I can't seem to find his name in Baseball in Wartime. However, he is buried in Little Rock National Cemetery and the write up in Find-A-Grave indicates he was a WW2 veteran (but I realize that this is not a reliable source). However, if a picture of his grave stone were included, it would help answer my question.

- I just searched the "Nationwide Gravesite Locator" on the va.gov website and received the following results:
MCCALL, ROBERT L JR CPL US ARMY WORLD WAR II DATE OF BIRTH: 12/27/1920 DATE OF DEATH: 01/08/1996 BURIED AT: SECTION 24 SITE 484 LITTLE ROCK NATIONAL CEMETERY 2523 SPRINGER BLVD LITTLE ROCK, AR 72206 (501) 324-6401
- Now the issue is working that into the proper citation ... Bob305 (talk) 20:03, 12 July 2017 (UTC)
