Removed the comment: "However, "canoness" is not determined by fans but instead the living heirs to the Dune series." which ended the introduction; that's a bit over the edge for bias as it's essentially just stating the opposing view. They hold the rights to Dune but that's not the same thing.AM2783 17:32, 6 April 2006

This one's kinda ribey, ain't it?

No one have the heart to fill out the plot summary more, or what? I'm shocked. I mean, this book is such an important part of world literature, a valuable contribution to the genre in general and to the Dune series in particular. Is there no justice?! No editor up to the task? Oh, the humanity!!!
