False news regarding season 4 being on Hulu. That is not true at all. Hulu is simply airing the unaired season 3 episodes. Please use proper sources. Twitter accounts run by young people that regularly spread misinformation are not accurate sources — Preceding unsigned comment added by 162.155.126.234 (talk) 20:58, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
Recurring characters
[edit]How do we know Mia, Mr. Mitch and Jing are guest when it says they’re series regulars? :) Yay Dad (talk) 14:52, 17 February 2020 (UTC)
- End credits show them as guest starring on the first episode. — YoungForever(talk) 19:21, 17 February 2020 (UTC)

Catalog of copyright entries
[edit]Did you see my edit summary? The link puts the entry # into the search bar then press search and it will immediately show up. :) Yay Dad (talk) 18:49, 26 February 2020 (UTC)
- But you are saying that assuming people will know how to do that. I genuinely think it's pointless having the commented out "{{Episode list}}" with the "loc.gov" reference, only for it to be changed when the The Futon Critic entry is available. Per my edit summary, add the "{{Episode list}}" when The Futon Critic entry with information about the episode is available to reference. — Vistadan 19:54, 26 February 2020 (UTC)
Main cast
[edit]The Fox promos states that Jing is a "series regular". Since she has appeared in every episode, would it be appropriate to list her as a main character? The Duncanville Wiki lists her as a main character. Orange Mo (talk) 00:34, 27 May 2020 (UTC)
- According to end credits, she is credited as guest starring with other guest stars. — YoungForever(talk) 00:56, 27 May 2020 (UTC)
Production Codes
[edit]A discussion on production codes announced on the Catalog of Copyright Entries is being held on the Bless the Harts talk page. You are welcome to join the discussion and share your thoughts. Some Dude From North Carolina (talk) 19:54, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
LGBTQ representation section
[edit]The LGBTQ representation section appears to be based on one review that calls Mia genderfluid. Are there any better sources available? Knope7 (talk) 01:24, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
- As the person who created that stub section, I'd love to expand it, of course. And if there is one article about that, there are bound to be more... Especially since "On March 22, the show would reportedly have an unnamed gay couple in the episode "Sister, Wife."" (that's a line I included on the LGBT representation in adult animation page, but couldn't find a review for it at the time I added that line). Historyday01 (talk) 04:15, 17 March 2021 (UTC)
Splitting into season articles
[edit]Now that we will have at least 3 seasons of Duncanville, I think we should start splitting episodes and such into season articles. I already have drafts made for s1 & s2 (Draft:Duncanville (season 1) & [[Draft:Duncanville (season 2)}}. So feel free to help me edit those. What do you guys think? SecondLooneyaccount (talk) 15:15, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
Fixing link Draft:Duncanville (season 2) SecondLooneyaccount (talk) 15:15, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hmm, MOS:TVSPLIT says "Considering episode summaries alone, it would take between 50 and 60 episodes to warrant separating those summaries off the main page to an List of Episodes page. However, additional content usually exists on a series parent article, so it is recommended that this guide be applied after determining the size of readable prose for the rest of the article...When splitting from a List of Episodes into season pages, or into individual episode articles, the size of the page may require a larger threshold before splitting IF the only information available are episode summaries and ratings for the show (as ratings themselves would never be counted as "readable prose"). A List of Episodes page would need a threshold closer to 70kB to 80kB (approximately 70 to 80 episodes)." So, not yet, as we only have 23 eps. --Historyday01 (talk) 15:45, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- Definitely way too soon to split right now. It is nowhere near between 50 and 60 episodes nor 70kB to 80kB readable prose. — YoungForever(talk) 19:51, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- We have 39 episodes now, other shows done it too, they have less than 50 and 40. Jediknight15 (talk) 03:20, 3 June 2024 (UTC)
- WP:OTHER and the series has been canceled so, there are no more seasons nor episodes. 39 episodes are still not enough to split. — YoungForever(talk) 03:43, 3 June 2024 (UTC)

Not Still Being Shopped to Other Outlets?
[edit]We haven't gotten any word about the show successfully being picked up or not. Should we cut the part that it's being shopped to other outlets? 2603:6010:8B45:FA00:9D15:AC62:9A3B:4075 (talk) 23:17, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
- Just keep on the body which is reliably sourced. — YoungForever(talk) 23:25, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
