I recommend the tag be replaced by a "more citations needed" tag. The company was undoubtedly notable, being associated with the early Australian motor vehicle industry. It was prominent in South Australia for building tram and railway vehicles. The article could undoubtedly use some more verifiable third-party citations. That may take some time. In the meantime the company handbook, although first-party, is well cited for information that appears to me, albeit with peripheral knowledge of the topic, to be factual and reliable. Any comments? In the absence of comment I replaced the notability tag with a refimprove tag after adding some minor additional material. Given that the company handbook -- of more than a century ago -- is a conservative and authoritative source of information, I'm inclined not to have a tag at all.
