Removed comment that "Walt never rode Dumbo because he was a Democrat". It is well known that he was a Republican who voted for Goldwater and Reagan for Governor, his wife was a liberal so maybe she's the one that never rode it, but there is no evidence to say she didn't. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.220.55.243 (talk) 07:08, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
Magic Kingdom
[edit]Can someone "out there" find a free non-copyrighted picture of the new on at MK after the refurb? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.224.196.27 (talk) 04:28, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
I'm debating whether or not the closing date for the Magic Kingdom dumbo is nessceary. It was moved towards the back of the park so it kind of did not close. Also, the original dumbo is still there (just moved), and only 1 new dumbo was built and not 2, I'm not sure if that's clear in the article and or important or not, but I thought I may throw it out there. I'm not saying I think these should be changes made, I'm just sharing some of my thoughts. Geekynerdyguy1996 (talk) 13:23, 20 May 2017 (UTC)
Youtube ref
[edit]Reference number two is a Youtube reference. I'm not sure these are allowed. Could somebody replace it? Thanks, --Bananasoldier (talk) 05:43, 6 February 2014 (UTC)

Disneyland Opening Date
[edit]Can we get an official opening date for the Disneyland attraction? There are three different dates listed on this page. One in the Intro, one in the section about Disneyland Park and another in the 'Fact Box' on the side. Disneyland's website says it's an opening day attraction. But other sources say August 1955. This page says Opening Day, August and October! Toasterboy (talk) 20:39, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
- I believe the edits you made are correct. August 16, 1955, is the date is listed in the book Roller Coasters, Flumes and Flying Saucers. A paragraph in the book mentions that the Dumbo ride was not ready on opening day as nitrogen was mixing with hydraulic oil and turning into a foam.—JlACEer (talk) 21:00, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
