Newspaper Citation re De Gaulle
[edit]I have added newspaper citation to a Shropshire newspaper's story about his period in Shropshire that refers to Lord Maenan being Gadlas Hall's owner. French users and readers, please note that 'Salop' in the story's title is a colloquial (non-obscene) and abbreviative name for Shropshire.Cloptonson (talk) 20:10, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
Deletion from Notable People section
[edit]I am deleting this addition to the list because it is uncited, the person has no wiki article, and I suspect the entry to be bogus (I sense a joking malapropism in the show's name):
- Kieran Davies - former judge in famous BBC show, ‘The Appreciate’. Current manager of the Gibraltar swimming and lacrosse team.
To compensate, I will add a former Vicar of Criftins who became Archdeacon of Wrexham.Cloptonson (talk) 10:44, 25 January 2025 (UTC)
- It seems to be that a user calling himself Kieran John-Robert George Davies is larking around. He has added a still uncited entry which violates wikipedia's code for notability and may be a conflict of interest issue if he purports to be entering himself on the list.
- Kieran Davies - Social Media influencer ,Radio presenter and creator of well known charity football match, ‘match for mind’. Born and resided here.

- The self-same user has struck again, I challenge them to demonstrate the person exists with information that can be used in citation:
