Translation of 'Multistrada'

[edit]

The following comment was placed in the article body by User:24.244.192.50 at 19:18, 28 August 2007: The name Multistrada, translates more closely as "Multiple Roads", not "Many Roads", which would translate more closely as "Moltistrada" or "Tantistrada."

Thats how I understood it as well, but didn't want to make the change without verfication CanyonChaser (talk) 21:50, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

KTM Adventure comparison

[edit]

It seems quite odd to compare this bike to the KTM Adventure, when the Ducati is not even meant for off-road riding. Also the 'much lighter' (196Kg for the Ducati, 206Kg for the Adventure) and 'more responsive' claims don't hold water. Same applies for the comparison to the BMW GS series. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.172.169.21 (talk) 11:00, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
