Somebody deleted LUBLIN service by Ryanair with no reference. This service is still Operational and should be reinstated. 2A02:8084:A80:D200:A5A4:D03F:CF7A:CF0C (talk) 19:51, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. M.Bitton (talk) 21:59, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

JetBlue

[edit]

I wonder how long it will last Trainsspotter4life (talk) 17:30, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Conform this website until 30 September 2024. The Banner talk 18:10, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delta Airlines: Boston

[edit]

Not a seasonal route as per Flightradar24. Trainsspotter4life (talk) 12:33, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Does not operate from mid january to mid march, thus a seasonal route.Der HON (talk) 22:06, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Still operating as of December 2023. DL153 on Flightradar24. Showing flights all year round. Trainsspotter4life (talk) 04:37, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Is Flightradar24 a reliable source for general airline news? I know it is reliable for aircraft flying now. The Banner talk 10:18, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
FR24 is quite reliable for all the flights taking place now and in the next seven days.
Nevertheless, Deltas DUB-BOS will end on 8th of January and then resume in March, what makes it seasonal. And that is information that you can not look up on FR24, but on other sites like flightconnections or Deltas Homepage.
Der HON (talk) 12:21, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Well Fyi I was down at the Airport yesterday and saw 2 Delta's in the Terminal obviously the one from JFK and the other from Boston. The only other route that Delta has is Atlanta but that is seasonal. Trainsspotter4life (talk) 05:37, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind. It does end on the 8th but I don't see the point in suspending it for 2 months— Preceding unsigned comment added by Trainspotter (talkcontribs)

American Airlines: Dallas

[edit]

Despite American saying that they increased the Dallas service to year round, I haven't seen any Dallas flights lately. Trainsspotter4life (talk) 06:45, 1 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Poor choice of images?

[edit]

The current selection of images, in terms of aircraft/airlines, is not the best in my opinion.

  1. The Aer Lingus DC-3 from 1950 has the bonus of showing the terminal building behind it. A good call. 10/10
  2. The Ryanair BAC-1-11 (with half of an Aer Lingus 737 behind it) is a historical curiosity. I give it 5/10.
  3. The same two aircraft, positions reversed and a year earlier, is just duplication. 0/10
  4. The Aer Lingus 747 shows the airport logo (Aer Rianta Dublin) on an air-bridge, so there is some value in that, although a link explaining the significance of Aer Rianta in the caption might be nice. 8/10
  5. The out of focus Aer Lingus 737 (with its tail cut-off), together with barely half of some other aircraft in the foreground, is the worst of the bunch. 1/10

It is good practice to seek consensus when changing existing images, or at least to explain your changes and give other editors a chance to offer alternative opinions. So talk to me, please. And meanwhile I shall seek out something that better represents the sheer volume of Ryanair traffic that the airport currently enjoys, such as one of their many, many 737s, and maybe a spread of international carriers instead of WP:UNDUE weight given to Aer Lingus. I can only agree with the criticism on the last picture. The Banner talk 18:50, 26 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I've given it 10 days, but since nobody appears to share my concerns, I'll just leave it as it currently is. Thank you and goodnight!
