- Support Since monism and dualism are concepts best explained in opposition to each other. Blue-Haired Lawyer 12:13, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- Support There exists another concept of dualism in jurisprudence proposed by Alexy, where the ideal and real nature of law are contrasted. On the other hand, "duality" might be a better word in this case. Kraikk (talk) 13:16, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
Wouldn't it be even better to merge this with international law, as it is a concept that has no meaning without international law? Lawdroid (talk) 11:47, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
- The terms dualism and monism are not solely bound to international law, as they can have another meaning in domestic law. In the Netherlands for example, the concept of monism and dualism refers to the relation between the parlement and the government and the underlying separation of powers.—Totie (talk) 20:23, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
