Wouldn't it be even better to merge this with international law, as it is a concept that has no meaning without international law? Lawdroid (talk) 11:47, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The terms dualism and monism are not solely bound to international law, as they can have another meaning in domestic law. In the Netherlands for example, the concept of monism and dualism refers to the relation between the parlement and the government and the underlying separation of powers.—Totie (talk) 20:23, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
