The language in this article needs to be toned down, a lot. "Drumhead America's leading percussion magazine"? "Drumhead outclasses its rivals"? According to who?
If you're going to claim Drumhead is an "honest" magazine, this blatant self-hyping advertisement needs to be replaced with an article suitable for an encyclopedia.
I'm only coming down hard on this article because I think it Drumhead IS the best drum magazine (far better than Modern Drummer/Drum!). What appeals to me (and I believe to many others) about Drumhead magazine is that it provides a more anti-hyped, objective and in-depth look at drumming.
