Undruggable target frequency seems wrong

"Furthermore, it is estimated that only 10-15% of human proteins are disease modifying while only 10-15% are druggable (there is no correlation between the two), meaning that only between 1 and 2.25% of disease modifying proteins are likely to be druggable."

If the two are not correlated, then it would mean that 10-15% of disease modifying proteins are likely to be druggable, not 1-2.25%. The figure of 1-2.25% corresponds to the frequency of disease modifying AND druggable proteins. Nifets (talk) 14:50, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
