Merging Article

[edit]

I believe this article would be better served being merged into the main Drexel University site. I see no reason for a separate site; all info regarding Drexel on one site would clearly be more convenient. Please post responses.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Frog47 (talkcontribs) 06:00, 29 January 2007(UTC)

Drexel is notable in the sports area, especially basketball. There is room for an article, especially including the history of the team(s). Additionally such people as Malik Rose, Bill Herrion, and Michael Anderson have been involved with the Drexel Dragons. As of right now my attentions have been focused elsewhere, plus sports are not my thing, which is why there is an expansion tag added to the article. Also please remember to sign your posts using four tildes (~~~~). --ImmortalGoddezz 07:02, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree with ImmortalGoddezz. Drexel has also made a name in athletics in college rowing, wrestling, swimming and lacrosse. I'd prefer to expand on this seperate page.--10stone5 11:06, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Nice! Thanks you've done so much more than I ever could on this article! --ImmortalGoddezz 02:47, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Drexel Squash

[edit]

I came across this article Drexel Squash a few days ago. Right now per WP:ORG and WP:CLUB it isn't notable and a quick search shows no third party sources.. I plan on taking it to AfD in a few days but thought I would post here in case anything can be merged into the athletics article. Thanks, --ImmortalGoddezz (t/c) 21:09, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
