Possible copyright problem

Spotted a verbatim plot synopsis at Blockbuster.com. I didn't want to flag this one right away as a copyvio because the Wikipedia text has had some time to percolate through the net. But Blockbuster.com claims authorship in the text (Mark Deming, Rovi) and copyright on their pages, so either we have a problem here, or Blockbuster does.
