Progress

[edit]

According to the official website, shouldn't be "voice casting" instead of "voice acting" in the "Progress" section? Attis Marino 10:12, 1 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is there a difference between the terms? --Masamage 16:05, 1 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Type of Release?

[edit]

I haven't seen anywhere else that this is going to be a direct to video release. I assumed that it was scheduled for regular theatrical release. Anyone know where this info came from? Naznarreb 04:58, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

We don't have word yet. You might want to peruse the official forums for more info. DoomsDay349 01:35, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well I found this Quote: "An animated version of Dragons of Autumn Twlight is being produced for a worldwide commercial theatrical release." from http://www.dragonlance-movie.com/movie/ - 123.176.33.50 11:43, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Release

[edit]

Isn't the reference to the release date meaning that the movie will premiere in winter 2007/2008 (meaning sometime in winter, either before or after new years) and summer 2007/2008 in the southern hemisphere. Which is of course the same time period, as it is summer in the southern hemisphere when it is winter in the north. Sethhater123 01:11, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Sethhater123[reply]

"Dungeons & Dragons" or "Advanced Dungeons & Dragons"?

[edit]

If I remember correctly, Dragonlance uses AD&D, not D&D. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.150.184.63 (talk) 03:23, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dragonlance started with AD&D (1st Edition), found most of it's popularity in AD&D (2nd Edition), and has continued to do well in the new D&D (3.5 Edition) system. So it's (historically) used both D&D and AD&D, but currently is still produced for D&D. --Maelwys 16:54, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That's a bit misleading. For marketing purposes the "A" in AD&D 3rd Edition was dropped. So D&D 3.x is a continuation of AD&D, not the original D&D. The most current release of the DragonLance setting is for the D&D 3.5 rules system. Argel1200 (talk) 23:20, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Uh toonz isn't korean

[edit]

toonz is not a korean based animation studio.

Toonz is the indian studio doing the 2d work, a korean studio (the name eludes me at this point) is handling 3d, and epic is doing backgrounds...

shoot me if i'm wrong ^^ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.100.39.170 (talk) 16:12, 24 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Dragonlance dvd cover.jpg

[edit]

Image:Dragonlance dvd cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Nowhere to be found

[edit]

It has been out for three months at the time of this posting. No one seems to be carrying it besides online stores. Wal-mart doesn't even have it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.184.241.144 (talk) 15:05, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I got it at Borders Books. --Masamage 02:54, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
