Talk:Dragon Ball: The Magic Begins
Descendant
[edit]The article says: According to Monkey Boy, he is a descendant of Sun Wukong. Also, Piggy says he is the ancestor of Zhu Wuneng, who accompanied Sun Wukong. Learning about this from each other, they consider themselves "brothers". Well, I only saw the Italian dub of the movie, where they tell simply something like "descendant of the king of the monkeys" and "descendant of the king of the pigs", but I find very strange that the pig says he is the ancestor of Zhu Wuneng... I suppose the descendant... If an English motherlanguage can confirm....bye!
WikiProject China
[edit]This article is actually in WikiProject China, because, besides the Taiwanese production, the ultimate basis of this is from the Chinese legend of Sun Wukong. The rest of the Dragon Ball articles are either in the WikiProject Anime and manga or WikiProject Japan. --Geopgeop 05:11, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

dragon pearl or ball?
[edit]The chinese name for the dragon balls in the anime is 龙珠, which translate to dragon pearls in english. Ragnaroknike (talk) 05:15, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
This movie is called "Dragon's Pearl." It was renamed & rereleased after the anime became popular in America. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.17.118.100 (talk) 08:37, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
