Encyclopedic style

[edit]

I found the example game on the Czech version very illustrative, so I translated it. But on the other hand, I have never seen anything similar on Wikipedia - so can it be considered breaking the encyclopedic formal style? What do you suggest to do with it, please?

It goes slightly against the encyclopedic nature, however keep it around and see if any one objects. Brian | (Talk) 08:03, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notability

[edit]

Dračí Doupě is not a book (it is a game), so I cannot see any reason why its notability should be measured with criterions for books.

It is easy to find many sources in Czech language not related to Altar (publisher of Dračí Doupě).

The Czech magazine "Šavlozubá veverka" (some info can be seen in http://pajuvdrd.wz.cz/veverka.htm) contains many articles about Dračí Doupě from many different authors.

Very many sources mention Dračí Doupě, for example:

Game name caps

[edit]

I don't know anything about the Czech language, but shouldn't the "doupě" part of the name have a capital "D"?--Rockfang (talk) 03:55, 14 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, the title is accurate. Czech language has somewhat complicated rules for using capitals, but I'm sure, that this is O.K. --Vejvančický (talk) 21:54, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reviews

[edit]

There are many reviews for this game in the magazine "Šavlozubá veverka". However I can't speak Czech, so I am look for alternates. Web Warlock (talk) 15:06, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
