This article has some MAJOR NPOV problems. They really jump out at you, but in particular I cite the statement:

We've spoken with dozens of the people who've been targeted, and these lawsuits are literally driving families into bankruptcy.

Who does "we" refer to? Was this article written by a member of Downhill Battle? Is this line just missing quotation marks?

Personally, I'm a huge supporter of filesharing and independent music, but I think this article sounds like it came straight from the group's website. 71.136.50.128 00:35, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
