He is now currently the Philadelphia Eagles head coach once the Kansas City Chiefs are eliminated from the playoff race. 100.11.148.148 (talk) 02:06, 15 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

His weight is measured in decimals? Really?

[edit]

The fact that this page lists his weight with the exactitude of quarter lengths is ridiculous. Who can ever be that precise about a measurement such as person's weight?

Just an observation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by StylumCEO (talkcontribs) 04:14, 4 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The 2020 alleged tanking

[edit]

Either we mention that it was speculated it was done to kick the giants out of the playoffs or we don’t mention the increasing the draft pick. We can’t pick and choose which one to add: either both speculations or neither. 69.118.230.235 (talk) 15:49, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@DragonFury: Stop reverting and start discussing.69.118.230.235 (talk) 22:31, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My edit summary was plenty of discussion already, but to repeat; tanking a game to improve a draft selection is a very real thing, has happened before, will happen again, and was properly sourced with several references. The idea that Pederson threw the game just to spite the Giants is not properly backed up. There was a reference with the edit, but (again) as I said in my edit summary; the reference did not support the claim made in the edit. PS. You can't just delete a bunch of sourced information just because you don't like a semi-related edit.DragonFury (talk) 15:51, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
[1] [2]. And even if speculation, it’s widely covered enough to be mentioned; WP:COVERAGE.69.118.230.235 (talk) 20:52, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Since you insist on a reply; Giants players and Giants fans aren't exactly unbiased sources, especially not right after not making the playoffs. On top of that, their tweets don't even accuse Pederson specifically of anything other than tanking. And like I said before; tanking for a better draft spot; happens every season. Tanking just to spite a specific opponent; not so much.DragonFury (talk) 16:13, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok but usually it’s rare for a team to have to rely on its most hated rival to win in order to qualify for the playoffs.69.118.230.235 (talk) 21:25, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
