Works
[edit]Dorothy Hayden Truscott#Publications (7 listings) is now complete with respect to LCCat and WorldCat records of published works evidently by this DHTruscott (English-lang editions).
WorldCat lists also a Regina, SK local history, likely by confusion with another Dorothy Hayden. [1]

- Oops, now only 6 listings, one of which notes a Canadian reprint under a new title. WorldCat library records show Teach Yourself Basic Bidding and Bridge Bidding published 1976 (corrected here from 1996) and 1978, both 270 pages, illustrated.

Marriages and family
[edit]When and to whom were her previous marriages?
- Born: Dorothy Johnson on November 3, 1925
- Married: name? to whom? when? to when? This reliable reference [WBF biography by Alan Truscott -P64 20141102] says she was a mother in Mid-west at age 21. The main article says she briefly taught mathematics in Kalamazoo, MI. The Philip Alder obit states that (presumably in early life) she moved to "Park Forest, Ill., and one afternoon a week took the train into Chicago" and "returned to New York City in 1956 and worked for three years as an actuary at New York Life Insurance". Is the relocation an indicator of another life change - i.e. divorce? In 1957, she was known as Hayden
- Married: Dorothy Hayden: when? to when? Husband: John P. Hayden. The OEB1 (1964), states she was from Hastings-on-Hudson, Westchester County, NY
- Married: Dorothy Hayden Truscott 1972 till death on July 4, 2006. Husband Alan Truscott
The Philip Alder obit states: "She is survived by three daughters, Catherine Hayden Thurston of Cambridge, Mass., Margaret Cooke of Painted Post, N.Y., and Bobette Thorsen of Lititz, Pa., and 10 grandchildren. Her son William died in July 1951, and her son Brian died in January 1992"

- Thanks for the research and report. I revised the article in another respect today, without reading this, but have no greater knowledge of further interpretation. --P64 (talk) 21:35, 2 November 2014 (UTC)
