4th Liaison Squadron
[edit]In early 1952, the Air Force established four Liaison Squadrons which flew the Canadian Beaver as designated by the Air Force the L-20, The 4th was established at Donaldson Air Force base. The unit was there only a short time then was assigned to Furstendfledbruck, Germany. While at Donaldson it performed duties with the Army such as drops of supplies, medical evacuations, photo recon and the like.
