The lead is fine, a good summary of the article and the rest of the article is well-written and interesting.
Any chance of expanding on the "violation of team rules"? What did he actually do?
Are there definitely no images available? You might be able to have one under fair use seeing as he is deceased.

Thanks :) For the image, there's a couple really low-quality ones I've seen in the google news archives, it's either one of those or nothing, undecided on which is better. I'll expand on the violation of team rules if I can find more (and can probably expand the alcohol stuff a bit yet if I wanted to) Wizardman _{Operation Big Bear} 12:30, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
