This song was a MASSIVE hit - in large part thanks to it's video being in HEAVY ROTATION on MTV. The song, like all of Billy's hits, are absolute bangers & very catchy. But I always wondered about the women in the video, strikingly pretty & diverse - especially for the 80s MTV market, where videos seemed to only have women of ONE ethnicity in any one video. I always felt that the women featured in many of these videos should have received some recognition, because of how IMPORTANT & VITAL they contributed to a video 's spike in rotation. THIS VIDEO, more than any other that I can think of, was deliberately cast to include a relentless amount of these women in the video from start to finish. I believe I recognized model Morena Corwin & others, but it would be great if the stars of this ICONIC video received their overdue respect. 107.77.169.20 (talk) 18:55, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
