Is this worth an article?
[edit]Whilst not being a logged in user but having contributed financially in the past as well as to entries re film studies I'm slightly surprised to find an entry under Dolphin Music. I happen to be a customer of them and have had no problems but are they really worthy of an encyclopedia entry? If they were entered as one of probably thousands who have developed online that is one thing. Next everybody's corner shop and offlicence will be worthy of an entry. Where does it stop? (Mike Walford).
i could have SWORN dolphin music was a rather common nickname for IDM. Is this current article NN or do we need a disambiguation page? Moforex (talk) 06:51, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi all.
I would support deletion. I've tried to find sources but there's only really one I found on a considerable number of google pages (about 10 → 100 links); i think the other's a press release. While I usually support keeping articles, I'd make an exception here. It was written like an advert, and I highly doubt we'll get enough manpower to make it an unbiased, informative article. Of course, there don't even seem to be enough sources for that. So, in total, I'd agree with Mike above, and say leave the article till we have more reliable sources. Thanks all, Drum guy (talk) 22:45, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
P.S. I've given the two posts above me section titles, so the page is easier to read, but they've just been written by me, not the original authors.
- Hey, before you go after this article, look through its Category:Record labels established in 1999 and you will see dozens of similar articles, except they have no sources at all. I've been going through them and putting proposed deletion tags on the worst offenders, but I could use a hand in this endeavor. Blast Ulna (talk) 01:37, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
