Dermatitis/allergen information

[edit]

It may be worthwhile to add information to this article, propyl gallate, and octyl gallate, regarding the allergen status of these food additives. The referenced review article here provides plenty of useful information, but I don't know if this journal is reliable or notable.[1] So far I've found just 26 references on Researchgate, but this is a fairly niche subject.
