Could someone please provide information on Documentary Theatre from outside of USA?

Plagiarism?

[edit]

Isn't that last bit of text lifted directly from porteparole.org? Shouldn't there be something to say that it has been lifted? I was looking on google for doc theatre and I found that page first, then wiki'd it up and found exactly the same info here.

The links to Victoria Theatre and New Victoria Theatre on this page are to the wrong theatres - they're not the North Staffordshire theatres to which the article refers. Steve Helling 15:32, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Added heading, template on this talk page, and templates on article. The article appears to be plagiarized from other online encylopedia. --NYScholar 07:41, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Varieties of English

[edit]

I don't feel strongly about this either way, but could we make a decision on whether this article should be British English or American English – i.e. whether it's Theatre or Theater – and apply that decision throughout, per WP:CONSISTENCY. The mixture is quite distracting at present. Most of the examples mentioned are in fact American. GrindtXX (talk) 21:57, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Merge discussion

[edit]

One of the students I'm assisting, Lilliemer8519, was questioning whether or not it would be best to merge verbatim theatre into this article, as verbatim is a subset of documentary theatre and the two articles aren't too overly large as to prohibit this. I am not arguing for or against - I'm posting the tags and discussion section to assist the student in gaining consensus. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:47, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
