Inconsistency?
[edit]There seems to be a inconsistency between this article, which says Adrenic acid is an Omega-3 fatty acid, and the inclusion of Adrenic acid in the list of Omega-6 fatty acids in Omega-6_fatty_acid. Can someone with decent molecular biology knowledge resolve this? Rupert Clayton 18:17, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's omega-6, since it's derived from AA (also omega-6). I fixed the article. Frankg 19:17, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
Rename to Adrenic acid?
[edit]Virtually all the information in this record is specific to Adrenic acid. I'd suggest that a record about a specific compound is more relevant than one about a class of molecules that has only one "interesting" member. --The chemistds (talk) 00:01, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
