@Jdcomix and @42manako: This article is about a person accused of a crime, but without a convictions being secured. Such people should be presumed innocent until found guilty and convicted in court. WP:BLPCRIME advises that editors must seriously consider not including material—in any article—that suggests the person has committed or is accused of having committed a crime, unless a conviction has been secured. So why has this article been written and accepted in a matter of minutes, without any obvious consideration of this requirement?. Criminals who are only known in connection with a single crime should not have their own Wikipedia articles. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 20:27, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@42manako: What BLPCRIME is saying is that you should not be including any content about the criminal accusations made against this person, at all. He has not been convicted, yet, so these crimes are not yet notable to even justify an article. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 19:11, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This page should not be speedily deleted because it provides further information on a topic discussed briefly in a different page, and also provides information on a pending legal case from the US DoJ. --42manako (talk) 16:43, 30 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
