Could the intro be more about Dizzy Reece?

[edit]

The introductory paragraph seems very odd, being mostly a list of other musicians from the same country. Is there not any other way to describe his career? Compare this introduction with the beginning of Wikipedia biographies for other jazz musicians. 138.88.85.210 (talk) 15:01, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there -- As part of my recent efforts to improve this article, I have addressed the issue you raise which, I would agree, is a little odd in an article about Reece himself.

Improving this article

[edit]

Dizzy Reece deserves a better Wikipedia article, particularly given his musical significance. I intend to dedicate time to this over the next month, with a view to removing template banner RE better sourcing etc.

Please help me if you can!
