Proposed deletion

[edit]

I could not find this article among those listed for deletion. Was it tagged correctly? That the article is small is not valid grounds for deletion. A stub tag is more appropriate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rohirok (talkcontribs)

The markup {{prod}} adds the article to [[Category:Proposed deletion]]. A list of such articles is available here, but the replication lag is long enough that this article won't appear there. Since the {{prod}} is to be used only for uncontested deletions, the tag may be freely removed. Michael Slone (talk) 17:46, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

      • Any story about how it got the name "Dixie"; possibly because it was in Kentucky (the South, AKA "Dixieland") while most of the other chili parlors were in Cincinnati? That would be interesting to know for sure and to have in the article. That is the story I heard while growing up in Ft.Thomas (and going to Highlands with the Serk... kids). Glad to see the Serk's still own and operate Dixie and are doing well.
