I added this article as every other state in the 'USA law enforcements lists by state' appear to have their corrections departments listed. So this is consistent. Also the DC DOC appears to be somewhat unique in placing many of its non-federal prisoners into the federal prisons system which is quite different from the rest of the states. The article obviously needs some work but it should not be deleted. Dibble999 (talk) 18:09, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
