I think we could use a native english speaker to clean up the main article. I made some changes trying to make the article more understandable, sorry if I didn`t succed.
Renamed and edited
[edit]This is a very old article written around the very beginning of the creation of the second levels of Mexico City freeways. "Distribuidor vial" is actually a generic term for any project which improves highway circulation, so not only second levels but tunnels, bridges, etc. At the time this article was written, the two projects mentioned were likely the only ones under construction or completed: San Antonio and Zaragoza. I don't believe that a separate article is warranted for "distribuidor vial" as this is such a generic term. However, I can retain the content as an article about the San Antonio viaduct.
