Not only in dreams?
[edit]Current wording of text references that cognitive disjunction happens in dreams before even saying what cognitive disjunction is.
What about disjuctions between cognition and the world? E.g. Oliver Sachs' case of The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat? This will lead obviously to disjunctions between different bits of cognition, too. Meaning: there will be confusion! Pigkeeper (talk) 11:01, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
