In December of 2007, templates were affixed to this article for the following shortcomings:
- This article does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (December 2007)
- This article is written like a personal reflection or essay and may require cleanup. Please help improve it by rewriting it in an encyclopedic style. (December 2007)
- This article's tone or style may not be appropriate for Wikipedia. Specific concerns may be found on the talk page. See Wikipedia's guide to writing better articles for suggestions. (December 2007)
I have to agree with the above assessments. Also, this article has remained a stub for at least two years (to the month).
I have discovered another article this also about "Direct laser writing" ,but under a different title, Multiphoton lithography. Therefore one of these is a content fork. Since, this article has not been improved and has the same shortcomings as it did in 2007, I am making this one a redirect to "Multiphoton lithography". I don't see material in this article that would enhance the other one, so the redirect will be in place of this article. The material will still exist, and can be seen if the revision history is used. Steve Quinn (formerly Ti-30X) (talk) 05:57, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
