Contradiction

[edit]

There's a contradiction in the article, as a character is described as 'voiced by Chris Latta' but the article later states Latta had nothing to do with the series.

Meanwhile...

[edit]

Some of the article's content was content was directly lifted from an article at TV.com (which I wrote). I'm deleting and replacing all of it. Write your own summaries. (I came back recently and once again had to delete information (in this case, episode summaries) that had been directly lifted from TV.com. Copying information from other websites without giving them credit is lazy and unethical. Knock it off!)

Similar to Transformers and He-man, the cartoon was based on the toy line not the other way around as the article seems to imply. This should be fixed, but I don't know how to properly reword it yet. Stranger Dan

WTF

korean anime not american animation

[edit]

series was directed by south korean Steven Hahn from Mihan Productions, now Hanho Heung-Up Co., Ltd.. Marvel only gave the money and probably the original character design sketches and the south korean did the dirty job. these great series, just like M.A.S.K., G.I.-Joe, etc, were not done by american crappy studios but far away from there in south asia, mainly south korea.

Steven Hahn doesn't look like a particularly Korean name. FunkMonk (talk) 23:20, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dino-Riders in 'Toy Story'

[edit]

I believe that in the movie Toy Story from Disney/Pixar, the character Rex is based off the Tyrannesaurus Rex action figure from Dino-Riders. If you look at the character, Rex has the wheels as well as opening mouth that worked when the T. Rex would walk using battery power. I just wondered if anyone else noticed this.

That's already mentioned in the article. FunkMonk (talk) 23:18, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copy-editing

[edit]

I'm currently in the process of copy-editing this article. I've already finished the episodes part and am making progress on the toy section. The rest of the article will follow suit. Mabuska (talk) 14:26, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Similarities with "The Many-Colored Land"

[edit]

While reading "The Many-Colored Land" written by Julian May I came across numerous similarities between this novel and Dino Riders. Torcs that enhance psychic abilities together with a crashed spaceship on a prehistoric earth. The book was released in 1981, while Dino Riders was made in 1988. This cannot be coincidence, yet I have prowled the internet for references to an official link between the book and the series, without result. 94.254.96.196 (talk) 11:38, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
