Comment

[edit]

Company deserves a wikipedia entry. Original page was created by a now banned user -- but that's not the company's fault. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greenfan (talkcontribs) 00:13, May 17 2017 (UTC)

COI

[edit]

I beleive this IP User talk:50.1.83.176 may have a COI based on their Geolocate results. I have negated some of the more promo-y parts but decided not to just nuke the edits. d.g. L3X1 (distænt write) )evidence( 17:12, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This is an ongoing problem, as User talk:24.5.43.232 has similar results and has been aggressive in adding and restoring questionably significant promotional content. Grayfell (talk) 05:09, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Well, we can say that Grayfell has been aggressive in removing most of the content. I am definitely a fan of the company but have relied entirely on public information to make my edits. Your call though -- I'm done with this and out of here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.5.43.232 (talk) 05:42, 14 March 2018‎

Being a "big fan" isn't really an answer, is it? Merely being public information is setting an embarrassingly low bar. Sure, I have been aggressive about removing what I perceive to be spam, since I believe it damages the project. Wikipedia isn't a press release service, and the company can use PR Newsire or their own website for pushing out that kind of fluff. Grayfell (talk) 05:59, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
