This is the third request for deletion of this page. See this: January 2014 AfD the first deletion proposal was from User:T3chl0v3r on April 2009 as a CSD:A7.
When the deletion was declined the reasons provided were (to paraphrase) that "reliable resources" were included in the article and that, although COI issues were evident, they could be fixed by editing.
The problem is that it is now 5 years since the first deletion request and the article suffers from the same issue it did in 2009.
There are no sources whatsoever for this BLP at this point. If they did at exist at one point within the article, they don't know and havent for some time. Notability is not established within the context of the article.
The creators and majority of editors are obvious single-purpose accounts with COIs. The creator is User:BrandBoutique and the page is effectively owned by User:Roxximanager and User:Roxxipr. At the very least, User:Roxximanager and User:Roxxipr need to be encouraged to disclose COI.
In summary, we have repeatedly declined to remove this article over a period of five years in the hopes it would improve - we assumed good faith, as we should have. Unfortunately, it has not improved (and, if created today without sourcing, wouldnt make it past new page patrol). I have nothing against DJ Roxxi or even her inclusion within the encyclopedia. However given the ongoing issues the page the only option is to remove or talk page the article and republish once it meets basic inclusion criteria. Continuing to take no action to improve the article will only force us to revisit this a later date, while in the meantime we give DJ Roxxi's manager and PR representative free advertising.
