Undiscussed page move

[edit]

Hi User:Libracarol your recent page move to "alien" is not appropriate since several of these "people" were citizens of USA while being deported. I am going to revert your page move. Please let me know if you have any solid policy based justification to oppose my suggestion. --DBigXray 12:21, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Those would be legal nullities. As such, the U.S. citizen was never deported but mistakenly taken out of the country (see here, case of a young man who was born inside the US (North Carolina) and was deported to Mexico). Such person would not be in this list, right? "Only aliens are subject to removal."[1].--Libracarol (talk) 12:38, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please understand that these are controversial moves, you cannot unilaterally move the page without generating a consensus to move first. Please read the policy at WP:RM on how to follow the proper procedure to move such pages. reckless page moves, can lead to sanctions and even blocks. --DBigXray 21:06, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
