Proposed article merge and delete

Hello, I would like to propose to merge this article with Department of Environmental Protection and Department of Natural Resources, creating a new List of environmental agencies in the United States. A sample may be seen at my sandbox page. Upon merging and creation of the new article, I would propose to delete this disambiguation page. Any comments or suggestions? Retract: I've gone ahead and created the new article, List of environmental agencies in the United States, incorporating material from this and several other stub/ disambiguation pages.
